Skyport Tycoon: fixing the bottleneck that kills your rating
Everyone who plays Skyport Tycoon eventually hits the wall where passenger ratings nosedive for no obvious reason. Nine times out of ten the culprit is a bottleneck in your walkways.
Passengers path like water, flowing toward the nearest exit. If two busy terminals feed into one narrow corridor, you get a jam that delays departures and tanks satisfaction. Widening that single corridor often fixes more than any flashy upgrade.
I learned to leave extra space early, even when it feels wasteful. Retrofitting a crowded airport is far more painful than planning generous paths from the start.
The late game does get grindy, so I stopped chasing every upgrade and focused on flow efficiency instead. A smooth, smaller airport scores better than a sprawling, clogged one.
